The new update bricked my game. I just get a message to get on an administrator account (which I already am) and now I uninstalled the game and cant even install it back. When I try to install it back, I just get calculating size and nothing happens. I’m also running the game as administrator. Need some help.
have you given the launcher permission in your firewall?
I even disabled the firewall
what about antivirus?

this does indeed sound really wierd.
i assume you also restarted your pc after disabling firewall/antivirus.
Now I tried to install it on my C (windows drive) and it works. Im not having any issues with installing steam games on D for example. I just tried. Any suggestions?
do you have enough space on D? 
Yea like 500 gb. Should be enough for WoW. When I try to defragment it for example I only see my C drive and not D. But D dreive is totally operational otherwise
the only thing i can think of is that the launcher dosent have the right “permission” in windows setting to install it on D.
i could ofc be wrong but atm it is the only thing i can think of.
is the launcher installed on your C drive?
if this is the case try and uninstall it and then install it on D drive and see if that helps
