Hello, so I am a returning player who had a left over 50 boost from Shadowlands. I have used this boost on a new paladin to help me get to Dragonflight quicker but on a brand new character on a new server. Unfortunately, I think using this has locked me out of using Chromie time to level from 50 to 60. Anybody have any potential solutions? I don’t really fancy doing Shadowlands again to get to 60. Thanks
Please have a look at this support article. Do you meet the requirements?
Thanks for the response, yeah I have reached all requirements but I believe the issue comes from the fact I used a boost on a character that didn’t yet complete the exiles reach questline and I chose to start there, so the way to get the process to start is now out of my grasp. Of course never been an issue in the past as during shadowlands 50 was the level that Chromie time locked anyway, and it will be the same for current day boosts. I think I may definitely be a special case using a shadowlands boost during DF and running into this issue.

No? But it’s a far longer way.
Did Not Complete Exile’s Reach, Under Level 60
If you did not complete Exile’s Reach and you did not choose a Timewalking leveling zone immediately from Chromie, the starting quest for your faction’s Battle for Azeroth introduction is available to pick up. The quest is Tides of War for the Alliance or Hour of Reckoning for the Horde.
Once you have completed either of these quests, you must complete the introductory questline up through A Nation Divided (Alliance) or Speaker of the Horde (Horde) in order to have options for Timewalking from Chromie.
