I am trying to queue up for Siege of Boralus m+ using the LFG tool while having the key from a previous group I signed up for. I was able to complete City of Threads and Ara-Kara using LFG but now when trying to list the group, the ‘‘List Group’’ button is greyed out saying ‘‘You can’t post a m+ group without a keystone until you secure you account with the battle.net uthenticator and sms protect’’.
i have made a ticket with screenshots to the customer care, but sadly received an unrelated to the topic reply so maybe someone else here having the same issue? thanks in advance!

it’s still ongoing… can only complete the +2, as soon as I get a better key I am unable to list my group.

and it only seems to affect Siege of Bolarus mythic, I used the npc to change my key and it accidentally landed on SoB so I can’t queue xD But for all other dungeons it seems to work

yup i can confirm that it’s only siege of boralus that is affected, managed to change to +4 ara’kara (by doing other peoples keys 
) and listing my own group in LFG m+ works. 
edit: got screenshots for both instances once where it works once when it doesnt

created a 2nd ticket with screenshots which wasn’t read by the customer care, they closed it and can’t be reopened i added authenticator but i cant use LFG tool for siege of boralus still can anyone help?
