Hey all,

This issue appears to be caused by Veteran accounts currently behaving like Starter account, which we’re currently investigating.

TWW license removed and turned into "free trial"

Hey Coffeemug, Accounts on a Veteran status should be able to do the following things: Can join guilds their other characters are members of. Can whisper guild mates. Can use Guild Chat in addition to the Say and Party channels. If that’s not the case, this would be a bug (we’re currently looking into this).
