Can't Use Scouting Map

Trying to level a character through BfA content.
After completing the Zuldazar storyline, I can’t use the Scouting Map to pick my next zone. I’ve seen other people have this issue years ago and none of the fixes they had work for me.
Any ideas?

Edit: Problem solved, although I wish there would be a note of this somewhere to save the trouble - apparently, there was a level requirement for getting the next zone. I finished Zulzadar at level 23 and could pick a new zone from the map at level 25.
