Cant use shift after name change ( cant socket , shift click names )

Hello i got a name change this morning on Wotlk classic .
When i logged in all my keybind where gone YES even server side keybinds .
YES i am NOT using character specific key binds

I deleted all addons , still not working
I Deleted wtf + cache , still not working

I UNINSTALLED wow and got a FRESH installation it is still not working .

Funny thing is i have 2 accounts on my alt account its working fine , only broken on my main account.
Oh yes and my shift keybinds are working fine its just the Shift + click on bags , shift click to compare items or socket gems that is not working

i deleted those from my bindings.cache.wtf ( inside wtf - account - accountname )
They real question is why is this in my config WHEN i installed Wow from scratch with no addons .

Your bindings are backed up server-side so they’ll sync when you do a fresh install. Better off resetting them to default via the in-game interface.
