Can't use the Mail Return service

Hello,

I’ve had issues with expired mail and tried to use the recovery service:

After I click on Continue button, I am redirected to a screen, where I read the following:
We did not find any World of Warcraft characters on this account
Make sure you’re logged in to the correct account and region.

I am playing in EU server. I am logged in the forums and in Blizzard website. Strangely enough, the same screen is brought up to me even when I try to open the ticket trough the World of Warcraft game client itself.

Please, explain to me how to use the service so it can recognize my account.

Turns out the service is only for Retail WoW. Without any clues as to find the classic service in the unintuitive menu, some nice guy helped me.

The self-help mail return option has been disabled for unknown reasons. You can submit a manual ticket for help instead with the opening post ticket link.
