Can't use The Wardens tabard Account-Wide

Hi!

I managed to get exalted with the Wardens on my Troll Mage on Ravencrest.
But I can’t seem to transmog to it on different characters on my account.

Searched on the web but couldn’t find anything, anyone know why I can’t use it account-wide?

Does the tabard still have the active refund timer? Note that the 2 hours is actual in-game time when you are logged in to that particular character.

If the refund timer is active it can’t be transmogged on other chars until it is removed or it expires. You can remove the refund timer by using the tabard for transmog on the character who bought it. Destroying the tabard should also remove the timer and make the transmog available to all characters.
