i cant seem to find the quest for Captain Sander’s Shirt
i checked my transmog inventory , i dont have it yet

The best way to obtain the item that begins this quest is to farm murlocs on the northern coast of Westfall. It usually drops within the 10 first kills, so if you’ve tried that already, maybe you already started the chain a while back and abandoned it halfway through? In that case you can check each of the treasure locations to see if maybe one of them offers it?
