Let’s talk about movement spells when carrying a flag for Evokers outlaws rogue etc

Across the board disable movement abilities. I don’t know why they are so wishy-washy with the rules of what you can and can’t do while carrying a flag.

Now people want me to carry flag all the time. :<

You can easily stop an Outlaw. They got no defences when they carry the flag. Healers are better off flag carrying atm.

yes, but only in 1v1 situation inside flag room, other way there are 7 team mates that willingly stop anyone from interrupt outlaws movement towards the goal. So 100% speed cap for everyone without being able to use abilities altering their speed by themselves, or from any of teammates like priests, and evokers.
