I have had you on ignore ingame since you transferred given that you were an unpleasant troglodyte on public channels from the very first day. I as a fact dont chase anyone, I simply have a better memory than a goldfish and recount what ADHD-riddled ghouls like you have showcased and done when you start another attention seeking bout on the Realm Forums (I dont read or care General Discussions but I’m sure you have been active there too).
What’s going to happen is you will either blame this imaginary clique for ruining this thread and either remake it or let it die to “prove” we are toxic, despite the fact you’re a far more cancerous blight on the realm compared to most people here who don’t even play the game.
The other alternative is that you will make some fake pseudo-updates on this project (as you niether have friends nor any applicants for this initiative and never will), claim you have set your plans in motion and then let the thread die afterwards, making everyone think you accomplished this brainrot.
Just pipe down and go to some other containment forum where the likes of you thrive lmao
proud of you, do it on forums too and hop off me lmao, like I said you’re the one chasing me around, you and the likes of you. I have 0 interest in any of you
it has happened a few times, but giving a bit more context would be appreciated lmao.
2 of those times it was with people who I had been intimate in the past, I knew and met one of those 2 irl, however I refused to date either of them, and therefor they did try to spread some dirt about me in multiple circles, including guilds and friend groups.
there was also 3rd who sold her noodles for in game mogs LOL (I might have proof of it available) and when I lost interest she tried to turn it into drama.
so not sure where the gross part comes in play, but believe what you will lmao.
When you pay around 40k in materials, and 100g for crafting, I wouldnt really call that affordable. its unfun experience for one of those parties
Get better at gathering mats then.
If people are charging 100g, it’s unlikely to be at a gigantic loss to themselves it’d make no sense.
Fortunately I doubt your attempts to inflate the market for your own gain will work.
Oookay, I am not going to discuss much on your arrival. I believe your thread was something along the lines of not wanting to support RP, or even an interest of it, you came to AD for convenience, which is what made a different group a little sour. Now. To the other thing.
This. This screams market manipulation. And I am rather worried about the idea of making sure that people do not get work orders if they charge what you consider too low. Market manipulation is another way of ruining the market.
I may be your enemy on that. If I do not need to use my own materials, or even concentration, then I do not mind charging 100g. I charge fees if I have to supply ANYTHING, but if I have to supply nothing, it is a tip and /s Have a nice day!
FTR Blizzard does dish out bans for that, though it was back when the AH was restricted to each realm so a group of smart players could establish a monopoly.
That doesn’t apply here any more since no smart person is involved in this, and the AH has been turned into a regional tool, but the sentiment can be interpreted the same way by a cranky GM, particularly as the Crafter’s Market is still realm-based.
that’s true in fact, I came to AD to raid, and I said I did not RP at the time when I transferred, but that’s about it. somehow me not being an RP-er caused people to lash out to extreme levels i’d say - Im not really affected but I can see how someone else in my place would.
good thing is, blizzard is finally taking harassment seriously so now I can report those in game if it occurs again.
We’re not going to ruin the market, it’ll be beneficial for most if not all crafters.
that’s fair, we agree to disagree.
The thing is, the payment you get for crafting is called a commission, not a tip. some people seem to perceive it as a tip, but its literally called a commission - and there’s a big difference between this 2.
Commission is something you pay to someone for “x” work they do - for example, commission artist for art they draw for you, comission tattoo artist for tattoo you’re getting, commission whoever else for whatever else service they’re offering.
Tip Is more of something people in USA do, where they “hand out” money to waitresses or whatever because service was good.
the main purpose of cartel will be to make sure we can get commissions that’s about it really. there wont be any market manipulation or any rule breaking behaviors involved. everything by the book
No. The mechanics of the system call it a commission, it is you, the player, who decides to make it out as a service fee, or a tip.
And no, a tip is not what you describe it, that is EU. You offer a tip in EU if the service is good, in the US they expect you to give a “tip” but it is a forced method because they do not wish to pay their staff the appropriate wages for their services.
You cannot compare actions in WoW to that of an artist’s work with commission payments either. They still need to handle fees, resources, licenses, etc. If a customer in WoW makes a work order, and they bring you everything and you need to do nothing but press a button to craft it - that isn’t worth claiming a fee for - in my book.
You are literally talking about somehow controlling the market so that you can get a pay out for your wallet, and somehow stomp low bidders down for being cheaper than you.
