I’m trying to move my cast bar, the one that controls my mount and I think the same one that shows other actions like professions and attacks? It doesn’t show on ElvUI and I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I only have ElvUI, OmniCC and details.

i used moveanything but since the patch its not working,you can indeed move anything when it works,i would give it a few days maybe it will be updated,its really good addon and it also turns that annoying talking head off.
I should be able to change it without having to get moveanything. What annoying talking head?
Frame with npc head and text.

Also with ElvUI, I’m trying to get rid of the indicator that comes up next your portrait when you’re mining or summoning a mount, can’t see the setting anywhere.
Type /ec then go down to toggle anchors, if you still can’t see it, try mounting up a few times to see the bar appear on the anchor screen, then move it as ya like.
The talking head is the bar that appears when some quest or story dialogue pops up. Usually it’s bottom center or so, and has the head of the NPC who is talking, then the dialogue lines as well in a box.
It’s not a bar but just a picture, that pop up right next to the player portrait.
You said in your original post your trying to move your cast bar.
You are talking about the bar that appears when you mount, and cast spells and do anything else that takes a few seconds of interaction like using quest items etc ?
If so, that’s how you move it.
If you mean the cast bar is appearing underneath your player portrait then that’s an option in the original Blizzard settings to “move castbar underneath”. You need to right click portait and there’s an option near the bottom that pops out a few more sub-options. of those subs will be “castbar underneath”

I should have been more specific. Forget the cast bar now. There’s an indicator that appears next to my portrait, it’s just a picture, a picture of the mechanic I’m using whether it’s my mount or mining. It’s just a picture that pops up right next (to the right behind my portrait) to my portrait. I hope that helps.
Oh lol yea that definitely isn’t your castbar. That’s a new one on me mate tbh 
I don’t use details or omni, but is there any way to make macros or auras in them, cos thats what it sorta sounds like. A custom “weakaura” to show what your character is currently engaged in doing/pressing.
Also, I take it this never happened before, or is it something that’s always happened but just not in that position ? If it’s always been there it’s “got” to be one of your addons playing up somewhere.
I’ve been all over Blizzard og settings with a finetooth comb before finally deciding to use addons and I can’t remember an option like that in the og settings.
If all else fails, unlock your character portait and move it slap, bang ontop of the picture

Yeah it moves in unison with the portrait. I’ll see if I can find it somewhere. It has to be ElvUI.
