/cast Displacement doesn't work

I get “spell not learned”.

Currently if you learned the “arcane momentum” thing from a mage teacher which allows you to blink into your running direction, displacement doesn’t work. But it does if you unlearn it.

Wasn’t this fixed? I swore I read it in the patch notes.

• Fixed an issue with Displacement not working if Arcane Momentum was learned.

As to whether or not it actually fixed it, I’ve not bothered to try.
