Hi! What’s the most dynamic caster class (other than hunters) in your opinion? I’m playing a frost mage now, it’s fun, but casting frostbolts for procs is frustrating for me. It takes so long to cast it that, and you have to stay in one place. The same goes for fire mages - casting fire bolts for procs, and gaining combustion state makes this spec less fun for me. I don’t know - keep up with my mage or switch class? 
Not really sure what you mean by dynamic by shadowpriest has a lot going on with it rn.

I think both Fire and Arcane mage are the most dynamic you will find amongst the casters. Arcane is kinda a sitting duck during it’s burn phase but it’s nearly fully mobile while using AOE (with Arcane Explosion, Barrage, and Arcane Orb). Fire is the least dependent on randomly generated procs as it can force it’s own proc through Fire Blast, Combustion and Scorch on low HP targets. Fire is generally very mobile cause it has many instants and thanks to Searing Touch talent it becomes fully mobile vs low HP targets. Fire also has you pressing a lot of different stuff during Combustion as it required perfectly executed combo to deal it’s damage.
All mages are very mobile thanks to Blink/Shimmer and Arcane has a Slipstream talent which makes it able to cast Arcane Missiles while moving whenever you get the Clearcasting proc (it feels amazing to play btw).
Mages in general are pretty dynamic class with a lot of going on for them. They have many different kinds of spells to deal with many situations.
As for other classes I think Balance Druids are pretty dynamic, they can cast some of their spells while moving, got quite a lot of different stuff they can use and are very mobile thanks to Shapeshift.
Shadow Priests aren’t very mobile but require A LOT of button pressing to even work, especially on M+ when you usually take talents which grant you active abilities.

If you do not like casting, then you’ll just have to stick to BM hunter I’m afraid.

It’s not like I don’t like casting. Just don’t know very good other class specific, I am playing my mage all time, so maybe I am just boring and need a break from WoW? Anyway, thanks for your replies!
You seem to find both of these elements unpleasant. Every caster needs to cast something, so if you find that part frustrating then you should probably play a BM hunter or a melee. Fire mage is one of the most (if not the most) mobile casters out there and when used right, it barely ever loses any damage on movement. If that is not to your liking and you find casting fireballs for procs too much, I do not see how could any other caster satisfy you in that regard.
