I need help, I`ve been playing wow for like 2 years by now and never experienced this. My game aint lagging at all but when im casting spells and stuff like that my spell is like 2 sec after my cast, and Ive already tried SpellQueueWindow. Im playing a Void Elf Shadow Priest, anyone knows how to fix this? Thankful for help
Try to download advanced interface options
you can do something there with lag tolerance maybe will help 
Could it be caused by any addons? You could try turning them off and seeing if it improves. If it does improve you can slowly turn them on one by one to figure out the guilty party.
What puny said, or have you got a potato PC? If windows is doing updates, or something in the background using 100% of your harddrive/ram can cause what looks like lag. Like I just had it updating a game in the background and did a torghast run that ran mega laggy haha. My PCs an absolute unit too, was just using all my harddrive.
I sometimes get that aswell. I don’t seem to lag but when I try to cast something it lags. In my case it’s just because I actually have a high latency even though the interface doesn’t show it.
