Casual player with anxiety lf guild

Hello all

Am looking for a guild that does activities such as friendly competition, active chat and of course dungeons and raids without pushing guildies for perfection since I have a lot of performance anxiety. I am not high key experienced with mythic dungeons, or said in another way, I have never been higher than a mythic 11. As for raiding, I haven’t done any of that in a long time.

I want to try raiding again in The War Withing, but not in a toxic environment because I, as said, got anxiety. I am ready to level up and play any ranged dps in TWW (and currently got nearly all classes ready for TWW, except for Monk and Druid). I have done some healing, but only on shaman and never in raid.

Hope there are some in or with a semi-casual guild that could use a decent staff or bow.
