Everything was fine until reaching level 12. The chat box announced level 0 and it failed to give a talent point, leaving my character on 2 talent points instead of 3. The talent page states next talent point not available until level 13.
i have same issue , at level 72. I just hited level 72 and said "congrats you reached level 0 and i didnt get my talent point
You don’t get a talent every level in Cataclysm. It’s written on top of the talent tree when you’re gonna get the next point. The “you reached level 0” is a bug though.
you get a talent point at 10 and 11, every other lever after that.
