(Cataclysm) Change Brackets to 10-19 from 10-14 etc

Since Cataclysm Launch the bracket has been split up from 10-19 to 10-14 & 15-19 etc. There’s not enough players queueing for these brackets to find any games up until you reach 80-84 or 85, this kills PvP for lower levels. Changing the brackets back to 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and keep 80-84 & 85 could help us enjoy Battlegrounds before level 80+
