Pyroblast [11366] - while hot streak [48108] is active you CAN’T cast pyro while moving or jumping, it works only while you don’t move, cast is instant, but should be usable while moving and jumping.

blizzard [46195] icon on actionbar changes to pyroblast [11366] when hot streak [48108] is active and back when hot streak [48108] in not active.

there are no interface procs for pyro and fireblast proc, no proc animations for frost and arcane spec.

Can confirm this to be the case. While observing, i discovered that issue is not replicable on EN version of the client, only on RU in my case. I have 2 mages on Firemaw and Flamegor, and Flamegor one has this issue.
