Hello there,

based on the ticket #103216123, GM told me that, post my issue here, because this will redirected to Developers. Obviously Game reinstalling, Scan and Repair don’t solve this problem, because the problem in the source code, needs to recompile it again / fix on the Blizzard side

On Mac, the mentioned Cataclysm Classic PTR version: 4.4.2.58796

I think you should move your post to https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/technical-support/13 where it belongs. You can move your post by editing it with the pencil icon.

This is the Classic (lvl 60) forums - we have no connection to Cata Classic :slight_smile:

It’s an automated response to get rid of you. It basically means go shout your problem into the tree hollow to make yourself feel better. Devs don’t read forums at all, and community managers are only on US forum.
Furthermore this is Classic wow section, there is separate forum for Cataclysm Classic.

I would really appreciate if you guys can take a look about this problem,

Not just me, plenty of Mac users have the same issue, the’ve attached the logs to their post in US forum.

After the PTR client started, we got to the “Photosensitivity Warning” screen, where we need to accept to continue with any button pressing, at this exact moment the whole client is crashing, so we cannot see any login windows nor realm selection.

Looks like PTR (not just classic version, War Within as well) client has some bad code

UPDATE: the problem solved for Cataclysm Classic PTR in version 4.4.2.58884
