Catalyst Charge - Bug report

I am also missing Catalyst charges. Did the quest every week, but my main is already missing 2 charges, last week and this week.
My alts only miss one. The alts did not get a charge last week, but they did this week.

For the second week in a row, my main hasnt recieved a charge. I completed the quest on the main. Some Alts did not have a charge last week (and hadnt spend one as well), but they did have one this week. This is not the visual bug, when I place an item the convert button is grayed out and cannot be pressed. Im starting to get behind now on my main and on 2 of my alts which I use regurlarly. Made a bug report, a ticket and replied in that thread I just linked, but besides some Bot-responses on my ticket, I havent heard anything from Blizz confirming this as an actual problem.
