so if I have 10 ALTS and I have collected 5 charges in the catalyst
Can ALL 10 alts then use 5 charges each.
Or do the 10 ALTS share the 5 charges so I can only make 4 piece tier set on my main and then 1 charge for 1 of the remaining 9 ALTS?

It is 1 per char. If you did not use from start i think you can use 3 for each week, but you cannot make full set. I tryed and that did not work.
Also i think if you have not done the quest for the catalyst charge this means you can only makr 1 per char in that week. I tryed as well and i only has 2 charges on my alt since i think i did not do the quest last week, but i did the first week and this one.
And 5 charges, 1 per alt, so if you have 20 chars you can only use on 5 different chars if you remember to do the quest
I did the quest every week since release and my ALT warrior has been level 70 since the 1st week of DF
But when I go to the catalyst there is only 1 charge for him available?
It was for me like that as well, however, once you use that one charge new one will appear.
It says only 1 charge but that is wrong you have 3 if you have not used it and done the quest everyweek.
And also it should be 3 so even if you have 20alts they should be able to use 3 on each char based on the information that is given to us but that i am not sure on as i have not tested it

Every character should get a charge when you do the quest weekly. How many you have left (per character) depends on how many you’ve used per character.
Yes, but if you have forgot to do the quest the 2 first weeks, and you only do this week you only get 1 charge
Correct, the weekly quest has to be completed to get a charge.
But it sux that you quest is timegated like that. I would prefer that you could get the quest 2 times in a row to unlock the catalyst, if you were not able to do the quest previous weeks.
But well, blizzard will implement it later and say that it is more content.
