- Next time read before clicking on
“create”“transform” at the Catalyst - Wait another week like everyone else. Flux is not that rare to get too.
2 Things on this:
I’m so sorry that you didn’t read the instructions
you learned from your mistake
Alright fair enough on that , but it still is a recepie for many people to make the same mistake i did , and believe me iam not the only one that made this mistake, It just makes no sense that they even would let u upgrade the non bonus giving items , because that is why people made the mistake cuz not everbody cares to read everything everywhere. They definitley could have made it so atleast give a warning when u create a non-bonus giving item to say so in the next window and it doesnt
Yes, its recommended to learn to read before accepting anything.
It lets you upgrade non tier pieces because that gives you the full transmog set, and there is only so much hand holding they can do, just own the mistake and learn from it.
This is an opportunity for you to learn some patience. Before jumping into things, please read what’s there, the interface clearly told you the info.
You’ll get your charge next week anyway, so it’s not the end of the world.
not only completing transmogs but also change the stats in a way as the item takes on the stats of the raid equivalent.
so if your raid item has bis stats and you have a suboptimal m+ one you can change it, which is nice.
its not about holding hands its about proper coding , they warn u about the time left for the next charge on the last window but it doesnt warn u about the item not giving set bonuses
But excuse me. How could you not know if before inserting the boots, you had already inserted the helm? Haven’t you read either time?
The furious cat makes blind kittens.
Read well next time and count to ten. If you have to quit the game, you can calmly create it tomorrow. Blizzard won’t help you.
I get what his trying to say and I do empathize with him. He put in a pair of boots and since these are not part of a tier set it should have told him " This item cannot be converted".
Its just bad luck and hopefully next time you will be more cautious.
yeah and at the end of the day im missing out only 7 days , and whats even better than all this is that they claim to not restore ur charges if u make this mistake , but they do restore items that u have destroyed. Anyway 7 days is not the end of the world , the results from this is that i will demolish every single horde i see in the open world without hesitation or sympathy. I have to vent my frustration.
but it can be converted. they ll become the raid equivalent of it.
when you put the item into the slot for the first time, it tells you which slots can be set pieces. all you literally have to do is to read it. its that simple.
Why would or should it have told him that? The item CAN be converted and IS part of the tier, it just doesn’t count towards having a tier-set bonus.
This whole thing is just because OP didn’t hover over the item he was about to create and instead of accepting his mistake and moving on he decided to be a victim about it.
Is it really on Blizzard to spell everything out for people? I think not.
There are other ways
Ok my bad. Thought catalyst was just for tier sets. Well then its working as intended.
Yeah we get it now , thanks for the 3rd time uve said the same thing , the problem is the last window doesnt warn u about that , and also it still takes ur charges
Why should it when the first window tells you, this is not about proper coding as you put it, but your inability to accept you failed to read what was on the screen in front of you before you proceeded to convert an item.
well, third time i said it and you still dont get it. go figure.
It should still give u that final window warning for people that did not read everything in the first window , just like the warning about waiting to reset for another charge
When did i say i dont get it , instead of repeating the same old things try to be usefull or get out of here , ur just seeking attention
