What item do I have to provide (source, ilvl) for Catalyst to change appearance into (Raid) Normal difficulty gear?
When I throw in items from Rifts and Dreamsurges, it changes to LFR.
Is there a way (upgrades?) how to make them turn into Normal piece?

So if you put ilvl 402 into cataclyst you gonna get LFR and if you upgrade that piece to 415 you gonna get normal
That’s how i completed LFR/normal paladin tier set

My source was timerift 402 items

Revival Catalyst Item Level Break Points in Dragonflight Season 2

The appearance of converted items will depend on their item level. Here are the item level breakpoints for transmog collectors:

  • Item level 405-411 items will have Raid Finder appearance.
  • Item level 415-424 items will have Normal difficulty appearance.
  • Item level 428-437 items will have Heroic difficulty appearance.
  • Item level 441+ items will have Mythic difficulty appearance.
  • Upgraded Bloody Tokens PvP gear (item level 411) converts to Normal difficulty appearance.
  • Non-upgraded Bloody Tokens gear cannot be converted.

Wait it does turn into Normal (Raid) appearance and not Gladiator Gear? Weird

I also noticed I cannot feed it some items, like Starless Gauntlets… for some reason…
