Catch up - Revival catalyst charges

Hello,

I’ve been away from the game for a while. (surgery)
The reason i play wow is Arena, and would have loved to get back in it.
issue is, apparently i can only get 1 revival catalyst charge per week.

Having to wait 4 weeks, to get my tier set (30% damage and 15% damage on 2 of our biggest abilities) is crazy. In any environment for that matter.
I dont mind doing the grind, but being time-gated like this just made me alt f4.

i assume this is an oversight, there is quality of life to make it account wide so for what reason would you gate the amount of tier we can make.

I can only imagine this impacts Pve players as well, as soon as you get booted from a group for not having tier gear. It left a sour taste.
