Can you make it work on fan of knives?
I find this mutilate interaction a bit weird to be honest considering it’s an aoe talent.
It also overcomplicates the aoe rotation for no reason in my opinion.
Make it work on fan too, but it only applies to the target you are currently… Well, targeting, so if you use fan back to back it will just refresh the duration on 1 target, not all that are affected with poison and rupture.
This way you don’t have to nerf the % damage so you can keep the strong cleave with envenoms.
