I’ve also mentioned Warriors for reference, to show I’m not talking about DHs in particular, but about all melees relying on pure pressure.
Do you understand that there are classes like
- Warrior, who rely on constant pressuring by high damage and peeling enemy CC setups? For their constant pressure they have very low CC to compensate.
- Mage, who rely on bursting windows during GO setups to win. For their constant CC spamming and high mobility, they have low constant dps outside of cooldowns.
Each class is different, some have more or less reliance on setups. I think now there’s no doubt that 1st group is dominating the ladder. Monks, DHs, warriors, DKs. Do you understand that you’re offering to even further increase their dominance by taking “Some” cc from 2nd group. You’ve literally showed you think ShadowPriest has too much CC. This spec performs terribly s-t-a-t-i-s-t-i-c-a-l-l-y in arena, we’re not talking feelings, this is a fact based on real data.
Furthemore, I know you will not understand, but zugzugzug PvE non-CC meta is not healthy for the game. You can deny it endlessly, making it look like “Just spam MC bro” (lol), but setup playstile requires more IQ, than just

How are you not getting this? Every CC in the game combined creates so many 1-2 second “MICRO” CCs constantly. Why do I even need to name them? Because there’s so many CCs, they become micro CCs when constantly used, having to put up with constant 1-2 second CCs throughout, with longer ones as well. I mean it’s really not hard to grasp…

If you want micro CCs, Tauren stump, sham totem, deathcoil etc, (don’t know why I even need to name some) but I’m on about all CCs combined, which turns them into micro CCs because of DR. But you two are… special. So I’ll leave you to it.

But yet again, for the millionth time, I am talking about ALL CC combined that cause micro CCs because there’s TOO MANY CCS.

We all are still playing this game for a reason and the constant you play this class ,you got this rating or ya mom got hairy armpits, is just tiring to read
Why would anyone have to give detailed list of each additional cc and other ability used as disrupt bloating the game since launch of df on every class, you guys have managed spam 50 reply argument for no reason on this thread when anyone playing the game agrees there is too much cc and everything on it even to a degree that they had to design specific crafted item for caster and healers to deal with it.
Anyone who plays the game sees its bloated with dozen micro cc and other various ccs since the launch of df, aint no one going to start listing all of them here. There is no reason. And you guys pestering this guy for no other reason than start unnessecary arguments could self be reported for trolling and causing unnessecary disturbance if you want to start talking about reporting which I saw.
