Yes it’s still the same because duration wasn’t the problem, the amount of short, instant, ranged CCs were the problem. There wasn’t a need to reduce the duration of Fear, Cyclone, HoJ… (or similar…)
They’ve also removed the CC reduction bonus from the pvp trinkets which might be the reason why currently it feels the same as before.
CC is not out of control, in fact I would argue CC needs to be increased so PvP feels less like mythic plus and more like well… “PvP”.

Cc is far from out of control.
Ofc for for example warriors that feels entitled to have 100% uptime or a healer that wants the opponents not to get a kill window would argue about it.
This + the craft item that used to increase the effect by 5% has a completely different effect now.

For me the biggest difference is counterspell/kick etc. spell lockout duration lowered. Makes interrupts a lot less punishing (which is good for mw monk :P)
