Just came back to retail from a break and started playing my pala again but im constantly breaking every cc with judgement and divine toll is this normal?
Yes. If you dont want to break CC you need to specc out of Blessed Champion since it splits the judgement onto more targets.
aha oke does that fix divine toll to then?
Nah, just dont use divine toll when someone is fully cced would most likely be my advise I think
