Why have blizzard devs yet not implemented CD reset on duels?
This would have been such an quality of life change.
Almost all classes have major CDs to make duels fair.
Now you can duel and then you have to wait for like 3 minutes before you you can duel again. This isn’t a great gameplay experience.
Many other MMO gamea have this and alot of private servers aswell. So it shouldn’t be an big issue for blizzards game source code.
Do a big pull at the start of m+, then go outside to duel and then do a big pull again with all CDs back.

I suspect it to prevent abusing the cooldowns outside of duels. You could basically use your cooldowns to pull a tone of mobs, enter a duel to reset cooldowns, then pull more mobs… basically giving you no cooldowns.
It would be abused the hell out of in PvE.
I counter this argument by saying realistic dueling … means … sometimes you wont have Cd’s to use…
i think it also makes it more interesting… cause the player who wrecked face using cd’s in round one… now has to adapt to win in round 2.
it would be boring if everything was avail in each fight…
Yep, aside from the ability to abuse the resets in PvE, i completely agree with what Twiggz said.

Well if abuse is the problem they could just limit this to the major dueling areas, like outside Ogrimmar as an exempel or Dalaran sewers. Like creating duel zones.
Just create a system where the cd is reset within the duel. Then goes back to however long was left on it after the duel. Abuse removed
is there not a arena near booty bay no one uses that is a good location 
I wish it was easier to have wargame duels. Those reset cooldowns as far as I know, they also use real arenas which removes advantages some specs would have from an open space, and dampening + stealth eyes are a thing.
and they will bring back wargame gear also
