I got my CE today. This is good, I expected it to come after release. But… it’s wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and a plastic bag around it. And then shrink wrap inside.
Almost all the bubbles in the bubble wrap are punctured and so on the front upper left the corner has sustained minor damage.
It’s not so bad I’m going to return it, but it’s already a pretty low effort CE and now you won’t even offer €2 for a shipping box?!

You’re by no means the only one. The Gear Store isn’t run by Blizzard and this must be the first time whoever does run it has items that might get damaged. See my response in the thread linked below.
Not the first time for me. And honestlyI don’t even care, there’s just plain no excuse for this. You only send things that are resistant to bending in an envelope or plastic bag, like clothes or letters.
Maybe they should consider being a bit more selective about who they allow to use their brand. I mean it does say BLIZZARD Store.
You’re lucky only 1 corner is dented. Mine arrived in a much much worse condition.
Indeed. You paid a lot of money for something that is prized by many. Yet it was treated like a cheap product that was hastily put together and just flung around.
If you want to feel better, look at the damage that mine has in the topic posted above.
