I have the normal version of Mdnight but had the physical copy of CE on pre order. The pre order arrived yesterday. I went to put the key in for the CE and it came back with an error that I already have some of the items which come with the CE and that they cannot credit my account. It then gives a link which is broken. I noticed on the US forums others have had the exact same issue but they have been resolved by a a GM. I did put in a ticket but whoever answered it wasnt very helpful at all. It seemed like a copy and paste reply. Has anyone else oin the EU had the same issue at all?
Hi Iām not sure what method you used to contact Blizzard but they may need to manually apply some stuff to reimburse it to your balance:

Yes, this is what I am led to believe, they need to do just that as others on the thread I linked have mentioned. The GM who answered my ticket did not mention this it was more of a copy and paste there are problems etc. I made a ticket via support.
