The quest should tell you where they are and they are marked on your map.
If you have the handholding directions setting on it will even tell you exactly where to travel.

We did have that last year, it’s all pretty much a copy paste of that with less stuff.
We have the KR AV event, with queue problems.
The three Originals Quest (pick up in Caverns)
Daily Lore Question (Caverns of Time)
And a buff that purports to be 16% that was actually running at 15% but I don’t know if that was fixed yet.
New players get invitation for caverns of time raid but there is no raid, i personally would not mind if they give away mount again, as long people stay at home.

Uuh… which items is that? Aside from yet another dusty blue cloak, everything is the same as it has been all the years - just for timewarped badges now. I still have the Vancleef costume from years ago in my bank xD
It’s more characters that did this event last year will not get the breadcrumb quest to CoT, some of my alts got it, others did not.
All those costume with charge should become toy.

Can we quickly talk about the fact that the post Blizzard made isn’t even correct when it comes to the exp. buff item ? It’s stated as “a Celebration Package item to increase experience and reputation gains by 16% for 1 hour” when the item itself is a consumable that lasts for the entire event ? Blizzard can’t even pay attention to what they copy & paste from their older posts

reskinned last years anniversary with broken features. Doesnt seem like Blizzard cares one bit about their consumers.

Why is The Originals weekly quest this year? Change it back to daily.
+1 I have nothing to do during this anniversaty and did my darkmoon dailees but I honestly have no idea why I am doing them for 1 bloody currency XD
So actually there is no new mount and nothing new for the anniversary “event”.
