I did on different character the whole bfa storyline with all achievements when BFA was up…now with my new character i came to Dazalaror or whaatever is that main city to complete quest from celebration event…not even i dont see any npcs there …they dont exist in zone while im flying there but starting quest for mount reward doesnt work because guy related to pterodax doesnt even exist on place where game leads way… GG
