I realized something a while back, and I couldn’t find any other people talking about this when I googled and looked at the wowhead comments. But it appears that the Celestial Steed was changed sometime ago (I think maybe it was when Legion launched).
It used to have white sparkles flying around the body and it was also a lot less translucent. Nowadays it has no sparkles around at all, and I don’t think this is due to my graphics setting. This is what it used to look like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KvDDFi0Fuo
I know this mount is disliked by a lot of people but I would like if it got returned to it’s previous state, as it looked a lot better than it does now. For a 25€ mount you would expect more.

I haven’t used that mount in a very long time, but I will take a look this evening to see if it looks different to how I remember it. Not aware of them deliberately changing anything but some things don’t get announced in patch notes especially if they are not related to actual gameplay.
no wonder lmfao look at what they did with my beautiful glorious tyranny and primal victory enchants just to please the 5 screeching morons who had fps drops on their microwaves because of them
and it’s not even just that look at the chromatic sword and compare it to how it’s supposed to look - look at the night blade and compare to how it looked before
they’ve been nerfing particle density instead of giving the option to people to retain their original looks since WoD f*** them
Yeah they should have really added an low res option for particle effects for those with older pc’s. It’s really dissapointing when something has looked a certain way for a long time just to have it suddenly changed.
