I am Friendly with Cenarion Circle and had no problem picking up the recipe for the Cenarion Herb Bag. The recipe for Sylvan Shoulders are a whole nother matter. That one I am not able to pick up from Mishta. Now, I know about the say that the devil hides in the detals, so I am wondering if there is something I’ve missed??
