Hello,
I just crafted this legendary and noticed it used mana on the cast of chain heal while when i didnt craft this it said consume no mana.
The memory of the legendary that drops in thorgast clearly said no mana consumption on the instant chain heal cast.
When people who didnt craft the legendary check it in the legendary tab it still says it doesnt cost mana at the instant cast. I
I just crafted a legendary whereby it is just half its strength atm.

CS doesn’t handle nor forward bug reports you can do so ingame though.
Bug reports can also be filed in-game in World of Warcraft®. Reports submitted in this fashion will not receive a response. Instead, they’ll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
To report a bug in-game:
In Shadowlands
- Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
- Click Support .
- Click Submit feedback or bug report .
- Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
- Click Submit .
