As the Customer Support said why we still don’t have the chance to rescue the Challenge Mode Trasmogrification Set from our suspended/inactive license?
With the new Warband feature we get all the FOS and perks such Mounts, Dungeon Teleport and Titles (even the Mistwalker title) so i guess there’s some room for a fix. I personaly complete the MOP Challenge with my Shaman, Mage, Warlock, Priest and Death Knight (at the time we had to buy every mount separately) and will be fine to get those set back.
Nowadays the CS and ticket sistem is not like we used to, i hope the CS on the forum will be better.
