I have a problem with the quest “Champions of Legionfall”. It wont show even though i have completed the order hall campaign and the quest leading up to this one. Anyone who knows why?
Are you sure you’ve done the entire Warlock class campaign ? you’re correct in saying that it’s required in order to see the Champions of Legionfall quest at the questgiver.
This wowhead guide seems to have a full listing of the entire campaign quest line (the first Spoiler section, under the Warlock chapter heading):

Important to read the first comment on wowhead, it has multiple requirements and it’s pretty much somewhere at the end of the chain. It took me ages to find out how to complete this as well.
