Change celestial bags to blizzard account bound

Right now, if you have 2 wow accounts under the same email (wow 1 and wow 2) you can only send the bags to the same acount, but not between wow 1 and 2 or viceversa. Please, could you change to blizzard account bound so we can do both exchange?

I belive they have acknowledge this and will implement a fix for this later this week if this post is true. https://github.com/ClassicWoWCommunity/mop-classic-bugs/issues/2308

This is now fixed and the satchels are Blizzard account bound as of 23:10 13th of august
