Change rating-reward thresholds

change rating thresholds for certain specs.

I am a firm believer of equality, so I came up with the following idea:

we all know that 50% of bm hunters output comes from AI-pets. So technically the bm hunter is only doing 50% of the work of lets say a warrior or druid. Therefore i believe its fair to double rating thresholds for hunters:
3200 - Challenger
3600 - Rival
4200 - Duelist

and so on.

What do you guys think?
