I’m back to WoW after long time and I have a question. I’ve char lvl 60 without DF and is there any possible way to change timeline at Chromie? (I want to do older dungeons via dungeon finder) I already figured out, that I cannot enter to raids without DF 
Chromie time is a levelling feature, at level 60 you are ready for Dragonflight so it’s no longer eligible beyond level 59. If you level another character it is eligible to use Chromie time and level up through a different expansion. You can stick with one or flight back and forth as you see fit. Or you can level without it.
Some would love to be able to use the feature beyond levelling but at present this is not an option. The only workaround is to group up with someone lower level and use the party sync option to scale you down to the content you have chosen to do. This is meant more as a feature to allow players of different levels to play together.
