No, that’s the whole point. It seems I have hit some kind of corner case that they have not predicted, by changing from Dwarf to UD and not doing some quests that are needed.
Relate. Fun fact - I flew to nearest FP and decided to fly to UC. Flight took me to that SEWERS entrance outside of UC which does not exist in this timeline and UC just materialized.
Once I landed in it, I got killed, since apparently it’s during that event when UC was not accessible.
You might need to start the BFA quest if you can’t see Zidormi. There’s a few comments about it on WoWHead.
For the ones who can’t find Zidormi and are stuck on the present time after BfA expansion. Just need to go to Orgrimmar and get Battle for Azeroth: Mission Statement. Later, follow the quest chain until you speak with Nathanos Blightcaller and told him you already know the story that happened in The Battle For The Undercity. That’s should unlock you Zidormi in Tirisfal glades.
Ok, I understand there is a solution, but I am wondering how they didn’t see this through. The only way to get to ORG is to find the nearest FP and then fly to either STV or Silvermoon to reach the zeppelin/portal.
Unnecessary hustle, but I guess when the game is this large with so many zones, quests, and phasis, something like this is bound to slip through the implementation.
My Dalan toy does not work, since on Dwarf character I’ve never leveled through Legion. Same goes for Garrison HS.
Sure, I can and should get them eventually, but point is, at this very moment I don’t have them and once you perform faction change in this scenario, you end up being dumped in front of UC ruins without Chromie in sight.
I do believe that they should simple spawn your character in the new UC and that’s it. Might be a bug.
