Changes for Holy Paladin Talents and Covenant

Just wanted to bring up some changes that might add a larger amount of varied play styles that can be useful in certain situations/playstyles.

Saved by the Light/Beacon of Virtue: Change the Saved by the Light HP% requirement to 70% and remove Beacon of Virtue from the GCD. The combination will be limited by the random nature of damage patterns and the targeting of Beacon of Virtue, along with optimal Beacon uptime.

Covenant Necrolord: Reduce Vanquishers Hammer CD from 30 to 15-20 seconds, this allows the covenant choice to remain competitive. Reduce Holy Avenger’s CD from 3min to 2min so that divine purpose doesn’t outshine it so much.

Seraphim: Double the power granted from 8% to 16% for Haste, Versatility and Critical Strike and 12% to 24% Mastery. The is already a large cost in properly timing the spell with the activation cost along with its GCD, there is minimal reason to choose this talent.

Avenging Crusader: Lower the CD from 2min to 1.5min. This spell doesnt have any synergies that provide it extra strength, a boost in uptime should make it a competitive choice amongst the other talents and brings it inline with Sanctified Wrath uptime.

Just a few thoughts on helping the current diversity of holy paladin builds hopefully making a few more competitive options available to fiddle with.
