You don’t ever not take netherwalk against MM; Netherwalk, Darkness, Blur, Shadowmeld. Either one of them right after sniper shot woulda made you live.
Rapid Fire is higher in Details, not in performance.

Can even use it aggressively to push in and stay offensive, bit wild at the rating though imo

Fair enough, I expected you to have been on this char. Darkness never lets everything through, let me tell you. plus, you literally died to the last tick of chakram, if you pressed it early, you woulda lived with like 20-30 % hp; that still doesn’t justify not pressing blur anyway though, as that’S the go-to button xd Using overgrowth for a 3 second window is pretty useless considering you’ll be topped for the upcoming 10 seconds behind a pillar, scared for your life xd He coulda barked you, or jump-raked the mm, that’s about it; or the warrior coulda intervened and negated it all as well.
No warrior nerfs… unreal. All melee can global someone in a stun or w/e. Seems pvp developers do not look at their statistics on what is played, dies,does more dmg is more represented on ladder. Holinka might not have been the issue after all but the all of the team.

MM almost always follows up Sniper/Aimed from stealth with (chakrams if he wants to commit cds) and Rapid fire.
If he goes Sniper/Aimed + Aimed from Camo he’s griefing himself, because he’ll be slowcasting that aimed. Rapid Fire gives a cast-speed increase for your next aimed, so the opener will almost always be Aimed/Sniper from stealth into (maybe chakrams) Rapidfire aimed. If he plays even more cheesy he might include an explosive shot in it, but your healer should dispel that instantly unless he is trapped/cced.
Reason for that is that if he goes for back to back aimed shots he will be casting them terribly slow (2+ Seconds even if he is full haste), so its very very unlikely any MM that played the class before will press the buttons in that order.
As soon as you see those chakrams you have to either press something or GTFO, or pressure him so he can’t get DMG off, or CC him because he’s now commited CDs on you.
So, first of all the hunter didn’t “use only Sniper Shot and Rapid Fire”. That opener has Sniper Shot, followed by Chakram (possibly with on use Trinket), TrueShot and then Rapid Fire. That’s 4 whole GCDs (and full burst, which is very noticeably set up), where you and your team had all the time in the world to react but didn’t - both you not using your defensives yourself, nor your healer even reacting to heal you. Any spec will do that if it’s on complete freedom to do their burst unchecked. That’s a severe misplay.
Additionally, that hunter has close to 10% more versatility than you, and is fully enchanted. And that hunter is currently at 1.5K - a rating range where it’s very easy to pull of what he did

MM needs some love. I’m not a fan of oneshots either. It needs to be redesigned to stop being a clunky mess - both from gamplay perspective, as well as balance wise since MMs are never in a balanced spot (either too strong, or too weak)
I’m all for MM buffs, the patch notes haven’t bothered me. Outside of the cheese they just get trained and struggle to do anything.
It definitely is clunky and it seems to have been that way for a long long time

While it’s fresh in my mind. I hadn’t seen that clip till you and the hunter wanted to see it. So in my head I just got chunked down, thought WTF?! , panic blur but too late and flopped. Just glad I recorded. Won’t happen again lul
