Yesterday I was able to craft ALL Leather recipes at R5 with an Inspiration Proc. Today I am 3 Skill Points short of reaching R5 with an Inspiration Proc (I have all Points in the Inspiration Tree). Have there been any changes to the Professions or is it a display bug?
