Changing covenant and prove your worth (WEEKLY?) quest

Hello support,

When I start playing I chose kyrian and after few quests (without progression of renown) I decided to change to night fae. I was thinking since I dont have progression on renown or sanctum, there shouldnt be problem. I changed my covenant successfuly and I start playing in Night fae.
I progressed some and got 3 renown etc… Now I realised that I made a mistake and I want to go back to kyrian.

At this point kyrian NPC gave me a quest “prove your worth” I completed it and it says “we will discuss if we accept you or not”. I read about this is a weekly quest and on the next week, this NPC will give me a new quest “Rebuild Our Trust” only after that I will join Kyrian again.
Now my questions are:

1- When my covenant changed next week. Will I be able to get the same progress on the 2. week, with the other players who havent changed their covenants in week? I have no problem with grinding but will there be a weekly limitation of renowns and progress like in we had in the 1. week? (renown was capped at 4 in the first week i think). I dont want to be capped in 4 renowns when other players can reach to 7 renowns.

2- At the moment I completed the “prove your worth” but I am still in night fae covenant. Although I completed the “prove your worth” quest, if I dont continue to “rebuild our trust” quest, can I stay in my current covenant when the weekly reset comes? I have a feeling like; because I completed “prove your worth” weekly quest, at the weekly reset it will automatically remove me from my covenant.

Could you please enlighten me? I think this info will help many others aswell.
