Changing last name on Bnet account impossible

So i just got married and my wife took my last name as her own, so naturally she wanted to also change it on her battle.net account

She went and made a ticket and provided the danish version of the deed poll (its called a personattest) with her social security number redacted (as it’s none of your business knowing that) but was told to provide an official document showing her old name and her new name issued from the government, and here is where it gets impossible.

The danish government DO NOT issue a document holding that information!

So my question is, HOW DOES SHE CHANGE HER NAME TO REFLECT HER LEGAL NAME?
Maybe you need to look into your practice and realize the world DOES NOT do it the same way the US does so asking for documents that do not exists puts people in an impossible situation to the point where we are almost like, WHY EVEN BOTHER PAYING BLIZZARD ANY MORE MONEY?

Hope you can resolve this and also educate your GMs to not post the same link 3 times even after we stated the information on said link was insufficient

dosent she have her birth certificate?
if she does provide that with the document where it says her new name.

in Denmark the DOB certificate is the aforementioned “personattest” already sent to blizzard

Latest update: Blizzard just wrote to my wife and are now accepting the personattest as documentation, so her name has changed to reflect her new last name
