I would like to share feedback regarding the loot system in the raids. We have 1 shot of getting an item from raid since it is weekly and people tend to change loot spec depending on the bosses to win an item. Please put a limit on this, a healer should not be able to take an Agility weapon, or, a dps should not be able to roll on a healer trinket and vice versa.
I don’t have a guild and mostly run with Pugs and without personal loot this is very frustrating, I do my best to get my BiS items but people with this behavior win instead.
I’ve seen this happen a few times when people change their loot spec on a boss just to be able to get a BiS weapon, which they can sell to people who are actually running that spec in the raid.
There does need to be a hard lock on spec changing when in raids. Sure, you can change your talents for the current spec, but no swap from dps to tank.
People will say “but what if a tank leaves, and we need to replace them?”, well it’s simple, you have the person who can tank, leave the raid, change spec and get invited again. At least people know that this person is doing it for a valid reason.
