Chaos Bolt EU empty?

So I may be out of the loop or something, but what has happened to Chaos Bolt EU? I play alliance and just logged in after months of being away, wanting to check out phase 4 and I find it… empty? There are like 17 people online in total.

So what happened? I can see that it’s locked atm, does that have something to do with it?

I think FCM’s recently closed as well so it is in the final phase. Since you made no choice a default realm will be chosen for Chaos Bolt players soon™
